A successful candidate for the position of Sr. CRM Implementation Engineer will have:
Extensive knowledge of Selligent8; SelligentX@ for Web and SelligentXi for Windows, at least 4 years experience implementing and consulting with Selligent CRM application software, at least 2 Selligent CRM software implementations with documented experience, and Selligent product certification.
Extensive knowledge of Arcadium DealManager v1 and v2 at least 1 year experience implementing and consulting with DealManager sales and financing applications with at least 2 DealManager Implementations.
The successful candidate will have technical experience in data migration, application integration, and the internet.
Additionally, he or she must have a working knowledge of MS operating systems, MS C#, MS applications, ASP.Net, Visual Basic, Web associated languages, Database performance Optimization techniques, SQL Servers, and both Oracle and SQL Base.
The demanding professional position of Sr. CRM Implementation Engineer requires a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering.
The ability to read and understand Dutch and French is also desired to communicate effectively with the Selligent corporate design and development team in Belgium. |

Sr. CRM Implementation Engineer
Work directly with Arcadium clients to identify opportunities to solve business problems by rapid deployment of software applications. Associate will define software architectures, assess technology alternatives, and design, develop, and deploy software applications. Approximately 30% of associate’s time will be spent in direct consultation with Arcadium clients to propose solutions, lead projects, and support business development activities and will spend the balance of his time in developing and deploying clients’ software solutions.
Essential duties include analyzing clients’ business requirements and software product objectives; developing software application design in products to meet clients' needs; serving as technical advisor and problem solver to clients for optimal use of Selligent customer relationship management and Arcadium DealManager sales and finance application products; building and deploying online CRM applications; estimating time frames and the quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects; developing appropriate project plans that incorporate all project variables; establishing criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs; performing functional analysis; writing software scripts (Java, VB) to control business work flows; writing ASP pages to display unique customer data; writing XML code to interface with data going into and out of Selligent application software; writing interfaces to Selligent.Net interfaces; and installing Selligent application software on client servers.
